In November last year Council adopted the Domestic Animal Management Plan 2021-2025 (DAMP) that outlines Moreland Council’s plan for managing cats and dogs in our community.
While we were developing the Domestic Animal Management Plan and the Moreland Nature Plan we heard from our community that cat confinement was important. Councillors agreed to exploring at cat curfew at Moreland.
