As part of the Imagine Moreland Engagement Program, were preparing a 10 year Financial Plan for Moreland.
The 10 year Financial Plan is the vehicle for us to implement the Community Vision. It is a long term plan to finance the projects, initiatives and programs that our community thinks are most important for our city.
